Questions we get asked first
It depends on how many tills, branches and users you have — which is why there's no price on a button. The four-question check tells us enough to quote in a day, and the quote is a fixed number, not a range.
Yes, if it's set up for it. A UPS keeps the till and router up through a cut, and the systems keep trading offline and sync when the line comes back. We plan for this as part of the fit, not as an afterthought.
No. Most businesses start with one thing — usually the books or the till — and add the rest when it earns its place.
Fiscal receipts come out of the box, and the VAT figures assemble from real transactions rather than being retyped at the end of the quarter.
We do — one number, whoever wrote the software. Most faults are cleared remotely while your staff keep serving. Hardware failures get a swap-out unit where we hold stock.
